How it Works

Fundraising with your very own customized online  gear store is easy with PTO Hero. Parents, students and alumni can shop your online school spirit store for custom-made school T-shirts, apparel, gifts and more, and proceeds goes right back into your PTO/PTA/school fundraiser. We pay a 50 percent commission on all net profits back to you.  Supply your supporters with your PTO Hero landing page link and allow them to easily shop, purchase and and have their gear shipped directly to their address.


You can quickly and easily spin up a merchandise store front.  All you need to do is provide with some basic information about the products you want to feature and provide us with artwork/logos for printing.  We'll create the dedicated landing page for your school. 

All you need to do is distribute the landing page link to your school community to promote purchases.  Your pop-up store is available 24/7, 365 days a year serving your fundraising efforts non-stop.

We take care of all the rest - from order collection, printing, and delivery to your customers.

Because each item is produced and shipped on demand, product costs are slightly higher.  We remit a 70% share of the purchase profit to you, the fundraiser, after net costs of production and shipping.



A flash sale is also an online store, but instead of being available all the time,  customers must submit orders in specific time period.  Once the sale is over, the orders are tallied and production and shipping happens in bulk.  The products are then delivered to you, the fundraiser, for distribution to the customers.  This option lacks the benefits and ease of on demand shopping and direct shipping, but the bulk ordering and shipping saves costs for everyone.
